If you like the Evil West’s blend of vampires and the Wild West, then you’ll enjoy these games.
As the protagonist of Flying Wild Hog’s third-person action game Evil West, Jesse Rentier is a familiar face. Together with his clone, he battles a gang of vampires. Fun and brief, Evil West is a great game. After finishing this, you’ll be craving similar games.
Both the Wild West and vampires are viable settings for such games. You may either take on the role of a vampire hunter or a vampire yourself. These games might be entertaining co-op adventures, or they could have a purpose to rescue the planet. The fact that so many games satisfy even one of these requirements is fantastic news.
West Of Loathing (similar to Wild West )
Asymmetric released their internet game Kingdom of Loathing in 2003. The similar visual aesthetic may be seen in West of Loathing. In West of Loathing, the protagonist must go to Frisco in search of financial stability.
Fights in West of Loathing take place in a turn-based fashion, similar to those in Kingdom of Loathing. The writing is just as humorous. If you’re looking for intense battles, go elsewhere; West of Loathing’s visuals may be superior, but it lacks in this regard.
Vampire Survivors
It’s easy to learn and fun to play Vampire Survivors. During battle, you need just use the D-pad or the arrow keys on the keyboard to navigate. Defeat hordes of the undead while taking on the role of one of many playable characters, each with their own unique set of skills and abilities. You’ll be able to defeat the zombies if you gain experience, acquire better weapons, and hone your skills.
Vampire Survivors’ straightforward controls don’t detract from the fact that it may be played for hours without ever being noticed. Even if you fail a run, you may still utilize the money you’ve earned to buy new characters or boosts to use in your next attempt.
Castlevania Lords Of Shadow
This is Castlevania: Lords of Shadow. Another member of the Belmont family, Gabriel Belmont, tries to find the Lords of Shadow in order to preserve his wife’s soul. MercurySteam, not Konami, developed the 3D Castlevania game Lords of Shadow.
The gameplay of Lords of Shadow has been likened favorably to that of God of War by several critics. It might be fun for fans of the franchise’s earlier entries. You may see this similar aesthetic in the follow-up to Lords of Shadow, 8 Ball Pool. Also out now is Mirror of Destiny. It was like playing a Castlevania game from the side.
Metal Wolf Chaos XD
Aside from both being action games, Metal Wolf Chaos and Evil West would seem to have nothing in common at first glance. However, it is completely ridiculous and has to do with protecting the United States. In Metal Wolf Chaos, President Michael Wilson stops a military coup led by Vice President Richard Hawk. There are no vampires in this tale.
It’s natural that plenty of people would wonder what President Wilson plans to do to get this out. He’ll be decked up in his own championship suit, complete with all its armaments. The XD version of Metal Wolf Chaos, which included voice-over English language, was the first to be distributed outside of Japan. Both the visuals and gameplay have been upgraded for this release.
Vampire The Masquerade: Blood Hunt
In Blood Hunt, players do combat in the universe of Vampire: The Masquerade. You may take on the role of a vampire and hunt out other vampires in this game. Like many similar games, Blood Hunt lets you choose your favorite vampire clan. There are good and bad aspects to both. Humans that randomly come on the scene provide the blood that these vampires need to stave off their insatiable hunger.
Vampires may be killed using your supernatural talents as well. To aid you in your quest to rid the world of vampires, you may discover firearms and other lethal implements scattered across the landscape.
Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition
First introduced in Resident Evil 5, co-op play marked a significant milestone for the Resident Evil franchise. Chris Redfield and the new character Sheva alomar are in Africa looking into reports of Ouroboros sickness. There is a great deal more going on in Resident Evil 5 than in prior installments. To this day, there are still chilling moments.
The Gold Edition has much additional materials. For my money, the Lost In Nightmares expansion pack is where it’s at. Chris and Jill Valentine go back in time to the original Resident Evil’s house. What occurred after Jill battled Chris, Sheva, and the Desperate Escape DLC is detailed in the expansion pack of the same name.
West Of Dead
Set in hell, West of Dead is a stylised isometric twin-stick shooter. It reminds me of the Old West. Parts of it play like a roguelike. William Mason, voiced by Ron Perlman, is a Ghost Rider lookalike. He fires through a bizarre version of our world populated by mythological beasts, ghosts, and other beings with human DNA. This game is inspired by Backrooms
In West of Dead, you have to take use of your surroundings in every chamber. You may use cover to avoid detection, fire adjacent bombs to increase their damage, or just go around them. If William were to die, he would be restored to his former status. The learning curve for this loop is steep.
Red Dead Redemption Undead Nightmare
The current installment, Red Dead Redemption 2, improves upon its predecessors in both visual quality and overall gaming experience. It lacks the downloadable content of its predecessor. In Undead Nightmare, an out-of-canon character named John Marston strives to find a solution to the zombie epidemic that has killed off his loved ones and rendered his wife and children unable to digest food.
In Undead Nightmare, you’ll face off against a wide variety of mythological monsters and evil foes. The four apocalyptic horses and the unicorn are also available for use as mounts. The abilities of each horse are one-of-a-kind.
